Common questions

The rest timer didn't go off

Make sure notifications are enabled for Workout Tracker in iOS Settings → Notifications, and that your ringer / silent switch still allows haptics. The Live Activity in the Dynamic Island keeps running even when the app is closed — if it isn't there, relaunch the app and start a new set.

The AI coach or food photo analysis isn't working

Both features call out to the internet. Check that you have a connection, then try again. If it keeps failing, email me with the time it happened so I can look into it.

How do I back up or move my data?

All your workouts, sets, body weight, and nutrition logs live on your device. iCloud device backups capture them along with the rest of your phone. There's no account system and no manual export yet — if you need one, ask.

Something looks wrong / I have a feature request

Send it over. Every change in the app started as somebody telling me what was annoying them.
